What Is The House Like?

Casa Azul is a large, comfortable and well furnished private home. Two bedroom and two bathrooms offer flexible sleeping options for up to 6.
Upstairs you'll find the large air conditioned bedrooms with King, Queen and 2 Twin beds. Also upstairs is a full bath, private sundeck with garden loungers and an outdoor shower. The spacious main level welcomes you with a well equipped air-conditioned kitchen, dining for 6, living room with TV, WIFI, entertainment centre. A bathroom, double hide a bed and secure front entry complete the main level.
Outside, in the main yard, you'll find the sunny pool deck surrounding the family sized pool and a shady covered courtyard. Your group will enjoy plenty of loungers, hammocks and seating around the covered patio. The clean modern kitchen is complete with family sized fridge, cooktop, espresso pump, blender, toaster and plenty of pots, dishes and bar ware. Casa Azul is located in a quiet upscale area, close to the waterfront and all the best amenities. Easy 5 minute walk to beach, parks, marina, shopping, pubs and cultural venues.

What Is The Island Like?

Cozumel is a small tropical island in the Caribbean sea off Mexicos' Yucatan peninsula. We are an easy one hour commute from Cancun international airport and the high speed ferries get you here pronto. Or fly directly into the island. casa Azul is 10 minutes to the Coz international airport.
A large national marine park protects the Meso American reef system and offers world class diving and snorkelling. Turquoise warm shallow Caribbean waters are perfect for water-sport enthusiasts. Sport fishing, SUP, sailing & golf are popular on the island. There are many bike paths and great places to swim and snorkel right in-town.
The island also hosts many festivals throughout the year. Carnival and Day of the Dead parades on the waterfront are fun for all. Several excellent grocery stores are large clean and modern. The local food market is diverse, unique and is a great shopping experience. San Miguel De Cozumel is a friendly community! Many local people speak english and are employed in tourism and diving.
Cozumel is home to Ix Chel the powerful maya goddess of fertility and locals still worship her today. Check out our wild east side beaches! You'll find plenty of secluded surf, sun and sand!
